Mission School District's
International Student Program is offered to students from grades 4 to
12.
All schools in
Mission are co-educational. Mission schools have long established traditions
and a consistent record of excellence in academics, fine arts and athletics. There
are classrooms devoted to specialty subjects such as trades training,
technical education, computers and sciences. Mission schools are committed
to learning.
International students
receive support from dedicated teachers, staff, counselors, and the
International Education Program staff who work together to help students
gain a positive and successful education experience. An international
student counselor and contact teacher within the school provides ongoing
support for the students' well-being, academic performance, and
to help with any difficulties that might arise within the school or
host home or within their personal lives. In addition international
students will receive counseling and related forms of assistance to
those seeking post-secondary educational opportunities.
